Makes play so much easier!
The app is great but the remote is horrible and not worth the extra money at all. Speed variations are too difficult, constantly disconnecting and beeping. I like the app because it tells you why it stopped or disconnected. The remote is very annoying and difficult to use.

The remote is very lightweight and easy to control direction and speed. I didn't want to use an app on my phone so I ordered the remote and am happy with it.
I like having a remote, but the joystick on the app is actually more responsive. Also, I don’t love my game being micromanaged with the 3-minute timer.
I love this so much better than using my cell phone! It changes direction more quickly and overall is more responsive than my phone. Totally worth it!

My beagle is an active dog, loves chasing frisbees and balls but has almost no interest in running around in a circle or race track. To me it was a waste of $600.

Doggo loved chasing the squirrel and rabbit! I need to get used to the gradual start and stop of the machine. The motor battery needs better documentation and automatic discharge after 3 days. The drones I fly do this automatically. I'd give the entire setup an 9.
I love having the ability to adjust the speed and change direction! This is especially helpful based on the fog and the level of GO

While the phone works fine to run the Swiftpaws, I find it much easier to use the remote. It is easier me to change speeds in the middle of the run.

My girls absolutely LOVE Chase! They get so excited when they see me get it out. We have had it since it went into production a year ago (a preorder). It’s really great on days we can’t get in our long walks. Super easy and quick to set up. Now that I have the controller, I can use my phone to get some vids to send in! I can’t wait to try it! Thank you so much for creating the Chase unit! We are your biggest fans!
The app controller is easier to control speed. The remote is easier to change direction. Neither is great for both.

Once operator gets use to all the stops and built in safety features, the remote helps make the Swift Paws home unit a very fun game for both humans to watch and dogs to play!
